Type

The original type designation has been taken over directly from the manufacturers, with the abbreviation of the manufacturer added in brackets only in those cases in which different manufacturers used the same type designation.

Mat.

The materials used are abbreviated as follows:

The polarities used are abbreviated as follows:

In the case of the ratings, either average values are quoted (< = max.) or lower (> = min.) guaranteed values. As a rule apply at 25°C, unless otherwise indicated.

Uc With transistors, the usual situation is for UCBO(collector base reverse bias) to be quoted, or UCEO and UCEO (collector emitter reverse bias). With FETs, UDS (drain source voltage) is always quoted.

Ic With transistors, IC(collector current) is always quoted. If this is followed by (ss) in brackets, ICM is quoted, i.e. the peak value of the collector current. With FETs, ID (drain current) is always quoted.

Ptot As a rule, the total leakage power Ptot is quoted, with RF types we always quote the RF output power PQ, with corresponding frequency in brackets.

Amplification The DC current gain B(hFE) or the short-circuit current gain ß(hfe) are always quoted as guaranteed values.

fT -- The transition frequency is always quoted in MHz.
