Ballet Bound is an intense cardiovascular workout that takes core ballet postures and combines them with the Urban Rebounding Intermediate and Advanced moves. Length: 32 minutes. African Bound is a high intensity cardiovascular workout, utilizing African dance movements on the Urban Rebounder. The music is a mixture of African and Caribbean rhythms and melodies.
