Mark, AFAA Certified for over 6 years, Master class presenter in a variety of specialities. Laura warm-up (6 min.) Laura strong step, Step moves and choreography combined with power moves for a strong step workout (35 min.)  Mark cardio dance step, advanced step choreography that will challenge all step levels (30 min.) Mark smooth cool-down (5 min.) Melissa core conditioning and stretch (14 min.) Melissa intervelosity step, interval step moves with weights or tubing for a super overall cardio/strength workout (30 min.)
