Donna Read is an International Presenter, a Nike Athlete, a 3 star IDEA presenter, Executive Producer and star of her own all new video series, Master Trainer for Resist-A-Ball, a kids TV show choreographer, and fitness expert for several TV shows. Donna will start with a warm-up (8 min.) that prepares you for new hi/low choreography and moves intervaled with athletic/sports moves (50 min.). She finishes with a cool-down, core abdominal training and stretch (17 min.). |
