Rob holds a bachelor degree in Exercise Science and is diretor of group exercise for Crunch Fitness. He has presented in over 300 fitness events in over 28 countries. He is part of the Nautilus Group Presenter Team, and a BOSU Master Trainer. Rob will warm you up (8 min.), then will take you through 3 different step workouts (taught with different styles) for 60 minutes. This extra-long step workout ends with a cool down and stretch.
