Reviews:

For any bodybuilders who are looking for something different and good to eat while cutting down, this is a great book. The best part is that the food is very simple to make, so even the most carb-depleted bodybuilders can prepare it. There are definitely a lot of ways to help you modify you diet in a way to make it still taste good. I should also state that this is ONLY a cook book, and dont expect it to tell you how to prepare your diet.
