What does this mean:

Sugar Equiv: If we note "83g/3-oz. ( 50-Kg/110-Lb Sugar-Equiv.)", as in the case for Sucralose, for example, this means the small 83g/3-oz. Ziploc bag of sweetener you'll receive (shown below) is equal to a 50-Kg/110-Lb. bag of regular cane sugar. It's clear that our small package is much easier to store than sugar. And, of course, it's calorie-free, Maltodextrin-free, carb-free and sugar-alcohol-free!
