Sports Training Equipment The POWER SPORTS TRAINER Vertical jump: Resists arms & legs as you jump (training both together dramatically improves jumping) Speed: Resists arm flexion & extension (because of unique pulley system) and legs (especially eccentric hamstrings). Power & Agility: By applying resistance to all upper and lower body movements: bear crawls, jumps & lateral drills. Attaches to both arms & legs at the same time for total body resistance.
