EN 351 Endorphin Hand Cycle Elite Series

As its name implies, the EN 351 Endorphin Hand Cycle - Elite Series was built without compromise. Special ergonomic machined aluminum handles can be mounted to simulate either a rowing motion or may be used in the standard alternating handle position. The handles pivot via a push button to rotate from horizontal to 45 degree to vertical positions, providing maximum benefits for shoulder, arm, chest, and upper back muscles. Other special features for the EN 351 Elite Series include bi-directional, magnetic resistance for reciprocal muscle conditioning. A large LED display monitors 8 workout programs, from hill climbs to a manual mode to target heart rate programs. Options include the EN 355 Cycle Table, EN 402 Quad Grips, EN 406 Quad Assistance Gloves, EN 425 Foot Pedals, and EN 426 Foot Plates (for conversion to a floor model). The EN 351 Elite Series is an especially valuable training tool for active outdoor hand cyclists. The exercise motion on the Elite series simulates the motion on a three-wheel hand cycle.
