Warren's Advive On Sears and Walford Diets

Date: Mon, 21 Feb 2000

My own method of doing CRAN is from Dr. Roy Walford.

When I used Dr. Walford's dietary planning software, (Dr. Walford's Interactive Dietary Planner - DWIDP), and planned the AN "adequate nutrition" part of CRAN to protect and safeguard my health, the results came out looking exactly like the Barry Sears diet.

In my case, I ended up with a Barry Sears diet, because of the Walford dietary planning software.

By the way, if you use DWIDP, then the conclusions you might reach are the following:

Quit eating all caloric sweeteners (ie, sugars). Quit eating all grains, fruits, and legumes. And quit eating all products made from these items. This choice limits variety, but vastly simplifies CRAN, and makes it much easier, and effective.

I will repeat that:

If you:

1) Quit eating all caloric sweeteners (ie, sugars) 2) Quit eating all grains 3) Quit eating all fruits 4) Quit eating all legumes 5) Quit eating all products made from these items

Then, this method of doing CRAN vastly simplifies CRAN, and makes it much easier, more effective, and does it more quickly.

Fresh low-calorie grocery produce and optional home-grown sprouts (using water only) have plenty of variety, more nutrition, and certainly far fewer calories.

Note: Sprouts average 35 calories per 100 grams, and are the most nutritionally dense foods (per calorie) grown on the face of the earth. Sprouts are not necessary. However, the taste of sprouts, their healthy fiber, and their ability to satisfy hunger for long periods of time is impressive. Fresh, home-grown sprouts also cost about 5 times less than grocery foods, and take very little time or effort once mastered.
