With the Fitness Circle????? exerciser you can strengthen and streamline your body using basic resistance type exercises. You can specifically target the leg abductors and adductors, as well as the pecs, lats, triceps, and biceps. The Fitness Circle, as shown here, is constructed of three bands of quality sprung steel, with two high density foam padded handles.
