These high quality bands are available in resistance levels from T1 to T10 with T1 being the lightest and T10 the heaviest.  The T1 through T5 are perfect for aerobics training, rehabilitation and for lighter resistance exercises targeting small muscle groups.  Tuff Cable Resistance Bands T6 through T10 are designed for resistance training and rehabilitation.  If you're an advanced level, serious athlete, consider our heavier bands T8, T9 and T10.  All bands feature a heavy duty handle on each end of the securely fastened cable.  The handle grips rotate for maximum hand comfort.
