Keli Roberts is a respected IDEA international presenter and ACE Continuing Education Specialist. She holds certifications from the Australian Council for Health & Recreation, AFAA, ACE, Pilates Mat, C.O.R.E., PT, BOSU, Resist-A-Ball and more! Keli will start with a warm-up (8 min.), move right into interval stepping with weights (52 min.), a brief cool-down, then slow & strong upper body training with heavy weights and stretch. (30 min.)
